Hi Archy-I tried your poha recipe and it was a great; thank you! A couple of questions: Should I cook the urad dal first? And is there a substitute I can use instead of putari (I don't have any of that)? Thank you,
Erin

Hello Everyone!

i have been looking to figure out a place to start with the Acai Berry free trial and was just wanting to know if someone had any thoughts on whether or not it works for weight loss? So far here is the one article I have been able to come across that seemed realistic for what my goals are. Thoughts?
