This is Eggless Chocolate moist cake. Its very easy and simple to prepare. This was my first attempt of making cake specially eggless after I came to US. This was a surprise cake on my Husband's B'day, It came out good. So I dare to put over here.You can see flower over the cake they are craft flowers just for decorating purpose. Hope you enjoy making it at home.
Ingredients
All purpose flour / Maida 1 1/2 cups
Coco powder 3 tea spns
Baking soda 1 tea spn
Salt 1/4 tea spn
Water 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1/2 tea spn
Oil/Butter 1/4 cup
Method
1.Mix water, sugar, oil, vanilla till the sugar completely dissolves.
2.Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda.
3.Add the flour mix to the liquid mixture one table spoon at a time.
4.Mix well to form a uniform dough.
5.Grease a baking dish with butter & sprinkle little maida.
6.Pour the batter in a baking dish & allow it to bake for about 30 -35 min at 350 F.
7.Let it get cool & then Serve.
Very Important points to note down while making cake
1. While mixing the cake mixer, mix in one direction only.
2. First mix all the dry ingrediants and then the wet ingrediants.
3. Dust the baking dish before you pour the cake mixer on it.
4. Baking vessel can be a Foil or a metal one .( Your choice, I used Foil Baking dish)
5. If you add Oil to cake it vil be more moist than a butter cake.

you forgot to mention the vinegar and moreover, your instructions leave out the milk. i was totally confused. so i tried it and added the vinegar but left out the milk. its was pk but not the best for sure...but maybe it is with the right instructions that match the recipe. thanks!
